The best youth programmes almost never run without the ball — if the legs are working, the feet may as well be learning too. Two markers ten steps apart, a ball, eleven minutes. Each block is a different way of turning; the rest between blocks is short on purpose.

The turns, in order: close touches both ways, outside of the foot, left foot only, inside cuts — then two faster rounds once the touch is warm. Finish walking, then settle the touch with soft wall passes.

progression. speed comes last — earn it with clean turns first. when the last round feels controlled, move the markers two steps further apart, or add a second set after a proper rest. heavy-legs day? do it all at half pace — the touches still count.
